Overview
The UFA-Industry panel processing machine is designed to format and machine panels on the end face and long sides and to produce rebates, grooves and openings on the underside. Parts fixed on a chain conveyor are processed from below or from all four sides. The machine is modular and configured to specific production requirements; units and options can be retrofitted at any time.

Process chain
The UFA-Industry can act as a central machining centre in a production line. It can feed and coordinate with up to two PBA-series panel machines using panels already formatted and machined from below, eliminating time-consuming part turning and reducing handling time.

Processing examples
Formatting, trimming, grooving, rebate and underside machining for large CLT elements. In combined operation with PBA-series machines, panels up to approx. 30 cm can be processed from below in optimized workflows; maximum capacities depend on selected aggregates and configuration.

Modular equipment & automation
The machine is modular and customizable with multiple units and automation options. Typical maximum traversing speeds: X-axis ≈ 60 m/min; Y-axis ≈ 60 m/min; Z-axes ≈ 30 m/min. Retrofit possibilities allow adaptation to evolving production needs.
