The all-rounderThe PBA-Drive 3600 features a modular concept and configurable material flow to match customer requirements. Powerful multi-axis units (up to 5 axes) allow all-side machining in a single pass. A fully encapsulated machine cabin with floating dust extraction and integrated waste removal confines chips and dust and reduces cleaning and maintenance efforts.

Installation and automationMultiple feeding and discharge options support concepts from manual loading/unloading to fully automated continuous material flow. A self-developed heavy-duty chain conveyor and an automatically controlled alignment unit enable precise pre-positioning and reliable transport of large, heavy CLT panels.
Software / CAMBIUMCAMBIUM is Hundegger's 3D software platform for job preparation and production. It provides a single interface for Hundegger machines, BVX2 connectivity, automated calculations, nesting and optimization, reporting and standard IT interfaces, and integration with infeed and storage systems.
Processing examplesFrom CAD to finished component: formatting, milling, drilling, sawing, slotting and angle machining are supported through the multi-unit configuration and automation options.
