Description

Specialty pressure manifolds minimize space requirements and reduce installation time necessary to plumb a pressure system. In addition, by reducing the number of components used in a system, manifolds reduce the number of potential leak joints. BuTech will design and build pressure manifolds to meet specific installation, layout and pressure requirements. These manifolds are capable of withstanding pressure from vacuum to 60,000 PSI (4,140 bar), and are available in a variety of materials and sizes. Among the pressure connections that can be incorporated are low pressure compression, medium and high pressure cone-and-thread, NPT, SAE, BSP, and others. Transitions in system line sizes and tubing pressure series can be accomplished through a specialty manifold. These manifolds are appropriate wherever pressure tubing systems are utilized. Available Styles Single Block & Bleed (SBB) Needle Valves Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Needle Valves Inline and compact manifold layouts Multiple configurations and connection sizes Materials include 316/316L stainless steel and other specialty alloys Enhanced Safety Built-in dual isolation for confidence in critical environments Fewer leak paths and lower emissions for safer operation Ready for hazardous fluids and hydrogen applications Efficiency & Space Savings One compact valve replaces multiple components Faster installs, cleaner layouts, less time on site Streamlined maintenance and easier system access
