Product overview
MAXCLEAN BACTERIA is a centrifugal separator configured as a clarifier for cleaning bacteria and reducing somatic cells in milk prior to processing. Constructed in stainless steel, it includes a centripetal recirculating pump, automatic partial and total discharge and is prepared for Cleaning In Place (CIP). The unit removes solid impurities and reduces spores, bacteria and somatic cells to improve shelf life and product quality.

Design & delivery
MAXCLEAN BACTERIA is supplied as a skid-mounted system with integrated platform and electrical cabinet. Its submerged feed design and recirculating pump ensure steady inlet conditions and effective removal of aerobic and anaerobic spores, bacteria and somatic cells.

• Reduces total bacterial count by approximately 70%–90% depending on temperature.
