Cream separator DBA series

Product overview
DBA centrifugal separators are industrial units for separating water‑oil emulsions, removing non‑fat solids and isolating butter oil (ghee / Anhydrous Milk Fat - AMF). Units can be configured as concentrators (skimmers) or purifiers. For butter oil production the feed is phase‑inverted via a homogenizer before entering the separator, enabling final butter oil concentrations above 99.5%.
