Description

The Hawke 475 tamperproof stopping plug is a metallic fitting designed to blank unused openings on thick walled hazardous area enclosures. Dual Certified ATEX/IECEx (along with many more) for use in Flameproof (Exd) protection concepts. Also approved for use in Group I Mining Applications, and NEC Class I Div I Explosion proof. Metallic construction Fitted from the outside of the enclosure Certified Exd Metric and NPT mounting thread options The 475 tamperproof stopping plug is manufactured in Brass, Nickel Plated Brass, Steel, Nickel Plated Steel and Stainless Steel. (Aluminium for Group II use only). Application - Hazardous Areas Zone 1, Zone 21, Zone 2, Zone 22 and Mining Applications Ingress Protection - IP66 to IEC/EN 60529 Material - Manufactured in Brass (Standard), Nickel Plated Brass or 316L Stainless Steel Series - Fittings for Hazardous Areas
