Description

Overview
The Hiflux BPR (Back Pressure Regulator) maintains a stable inlet pressure by relieving excess downstream pressure once the setpoint is exceeded. Rated to 15,000 psi inlet, it uses seal materials matched to the handled gas or liquid and provides six selectable relief pressure ranges, bubble-tight shut-off at all reseat pressures and 1% accuracy of the relief range. Optional configurations include a high-flow Cv=0.6 model and NACE compatibility for sour service.

Specifications
  • Inlet Pressure Options: 800 psi / 2,000 psi / 4,000 psi / 6,000 psi / 10,000 psi / 15,000 psi
  • Relief Pressure Ranges: Six selectable ranges
  • Accuracy: 1% of relief pressure range
  • O-ring Type: Urethane (U), NBR (N), Viton (V), Silicone (S)
  • Special Options: NACE compatibility; high-flow Cv=0.6 model (optional)
