Description

Part A is a stamped metal part made of medium carbon steel with a tolerance requirement of 2.0±0.04. The product is made by mold stamping and undergoes black coating treatment (17-19um) with a salt spray test requirement of 36H or more. Part B is made by turning process with medium carbon steel material and a zinc phosphate pre-treatment. The product undergoes black electrophoretic surface treatment with a coating thickness of 15-18um. Part C is a plastic part made of EPDM raw material with a requirement for no burrs, sharp edges or grease. This product is a highly specialized and technically demanding product manufactured by our company. With three different parts and manufacturing processes, from the initial design and development phase to production and rigorous quality control, HLC can confidently complete and deliver the project order.
