This is a new order from a long-term customer in Canada. This customer is a well-known machinery manufacturing company. We have produced many high-quality stainless steel CNC parts for the customer in the past few years and have established deep trust. This time, they needed a new batch of custom stainless steel parts for a new type of machinery that was about to be launched on the market.
The order comes with detailed design drawings and technical requirements. Our team of engineers immediately conducted a full review of the drawings. The drawings show that these parts have complex geometries and strict tolerance requirements. We noticed that the parts required by the customer this time must not only have high precision, but also have excellent corrosion resistance and high strength to cope with the harsh working environment.
After confirming the drawings and technical requirements, our production manager convened the team for a detailed production preparation meeting. Key matters such as material selection, processing technology, quality control and delivery time were discussed at the meeting. We decided to use high-quality stainless steel materials and choose the latest CNC lathes for processing to ensure high precision and high quality of the parts.
CNC lathe processing controls the movement and processing process of the lathe through the CNC system. Our technicians input the machining path, tool motion and cutting parameters into the CNC system through programming, and the computer automatically executes the machining tasks according to these instructions. The main machining operations include turning, drilling, milling and threading.
