HLC was tasked by a South African company to customize 800 water heater panels, which are assembled by CNC stainless steel parts and nuts.
There are 5 holes processed by CNC on the front appearance of the part, and the hole diameter is required to be 0.01mm. The surface needs to be polished to make it smooth, and then go through two surface treatment processes of wire drawing and laser engraving. 4 nuts are welded on the back, and the traces of assembly and welding cannot be seen on the exterior surface.
Despite the complex production processes and difficulty in controlling defect rates, our first proofing left a deep impression on the customer, who provided positive feedback on the samples. Currently, we have successfully delivered and continue to provide top-quality turn-milling composite metal parts to our clients. Our expertise has played a pivotal role in assisting them with the development of an array of innovative new products.
