Description

This connector is made from high-quality aluminum, shaped using precise turning and milling techniques, and finished with a black anodized coating. It's perfect for connecting pipes and tubes in various settings, offering a strong and reliable link. Made from lightweight but durable aluminum, able to handle high pressure and temperature. Crafted using advanced turning and milling, ensuring exact sizes and a smooth surface for easy installation and a tight fit. The black anodized finish protects against rust and wear, and gives the connector a sleek look. Works well with both pipes and tubes in industrial machines, home plumbing, cars, and boats, making sure connections are secure and leak-free. Black Anodizing Black Anodizing is a process that enhances the surface of aluminum parts by creating a durable and corrosion-resistant finish with a sleek black appearance. ① The aluminum parts are thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt, grease, or oxidation. This step ensures that the surface is ready for the anodizing process. ② Electrolytic Bath: The cleaned aluminum parts are placed in an electrolytic bath containing an acid solution, typically sulfuric acid. ③ Electric Current: An electric current is applied, causing the aluminum to oxidize and form a thick, porous layer of aluminum oxide on the surface. This oxide layer is much thicker than the natural oxide layer that forms on aluminum and provides better protection against corrosion and wear. ④ After anodizing, the porous oxide layer can absorb dyes. For black anodizing, a black dye is introduced into the pores, giving the aluminum a deep black color.
