The inner pin disc sits directly on the motor shaft and rotates at speeds of up to 145 m/sec. A special seal prevents oil from penetrating the product area on the one hand and prevents sugar or rinse water ingress in the motor on the other. A frequency converter can be used to regulate the motor speed via stepless adjustment and to set the desired fineness value. Additional series are also available to suit your requirements and throughput needs.
