Description

The Sugarplex is the IDEAL system concept - specially tailored to the sugar industry. The machine was exclusively developed for the needs of the food industry. • Fine impact mill with pin discs - integrated in a pressure-shock resistant stainless steel vessel • Easy-to-clean thanks to the wide opening of the mill door • Compact, space-saving installation • Low energy consumption and minimal maintenance costs promise a rapid return on investment (ROI) DESIGNS The standard mill size SX 315 is driven by an 18.5 kW three-phase motor which is suitable for ATEX zone 22. The inner pin disc sits directly on the motor shaft and rotates at speeds of up to 145 m/sec. A special seal prevents oil from penetrating the product area on the one hand and prevents sugar or rinse water ingress in the motor on the other. A frequency converter can be used to regulate the motor speed via stepless adjustment and to set the desired fineness value. Additional series are also available to suit your requirements and throughput needs.
