OverviewThe GFA series is a large-format sheet laser cutting system with sectional, extendable beds and selectable power options (12000W–60000W). It is designed to process oversized sheets by configuring length and width to production requirements while maintaining positional accuracy and stable operation.
Flexible customization of length and widthThe machine bed is composed of multiple modular sections. Length and width can be configured to create an extendable splicing bed that accommodates large-format sheets and simplifies handling and logistics.
Separate design of workbench and transmission mechanismThe worktable and transmission mechanism are separated to isolate the heat source from the drive system, reducing thermal impact during high-power cutting. This design supports stable operation under heavy loads, preserves accuracy and extends component life.
Efficient follow-up dust removal (Optional)Zoned fixed cutting table with synchronized smoke extraction optimizes airflow and adsorption efficiency to minimize dust and fume dispersion during processing, protecting production quality and equipment.
0–45° bevel cutting (Optional)Supports various bevel types (V, X, Y, etc.) to reduce downstream machining steps and improve assembly fit and welding preparation.
Independent inkjet marking system (Optional)Provides fast part identification and process marking to confirm positions and assembly requirements, reducing installation errors and supporting industries with strict traceability needs (e.g., shipbuilding).
