Description

The HZ5375 5000A Primary Current Injection Tester is a self-developed test equipment by Huazheng, combining the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It utilizes CNC technology for strong anti-interference ability. Compared to previous generations, it uses a low-power, large-capacity self-coupling voltage regulator and a high permeability iron core converter, resulting in large output power, small size, and light weight. The volt-ampere characteristic function can be expanded. - The current measuring circuit includes micro current zero impedance CT, programmable amplifier circuit, and sampling circuit. - The voltage measurement circuit includes PT isolated signal acquisition circuit, programmable amplifier circuit, and sampling circuit. - A 16-bit single-chip microcomputer uses computer digital real-time acquisition to calculate high-voltage measurement values by measuring the amplitude of the voltage signal according to the voltage proportional relationship. Automatic timing is realized by comparing the measured voltage signal amplitude with the set value. Over-current protection is achieved by comparing the measured current/voltage signal amplitude with the set value. Safety Precautions: - Ensure instruments are well grounded for operator and instrument safety. - Connect the ground wire first before testing, and remove it last after work is completed. - The power supply must withstand a 30A current impact. - Check all wiring before connecting the instrument and test object to avoid equipment damage. - The maximum current value set for overcurrent protection must not exceed the rated output current value. - Do not plug or unplug any wires when the power is on. Transportation and Maintenance: - Product must be packed during transportation in a wooden box with foam and anti-vibration layers. It can be transported by road, railway, and air. Avoid open trunk placement and protect against rain, dust, and mechanical damage. - Store in a ventilated room at -40°C to 60°C, relative humidity ≤82%, no corrosive gas, not close to ground or wall. - In humid areas or seasons, power on the instrument once a month for about two hours to distribute moisture and protect electronic components. - Avoid direct sunlight exposure to the display screen when used outdoors; do not store in a particularly humid warehouse.
