OverviewThe HZDL-1000III three-phase high current generator (three-phase current regulator) is a test instrument developed by Huazheng Electric Manufacture. Operation notes- Verify wiring and connector contact before powering the unit
- If abnormal phenomena occur during startup or testing (ignition, no display, etc.), cut power immediately and check wiring
- Output current terminals must be connected as a closed loop; otherwise no current will be produced
- Select external copper output conductors according to ≥10 A/mm²; standard equipment includes two 3 m test leads
- Designed for short-duration rated duty (5 minutes); for batch testing keep working time <2.5 minutes with ≈10 minutes cooldown between cycles; follow special procedures for long-duration temperature-rise tests
