The flexible cover is used for live work up to 1 000 V AC or up to 1 500 V DC. The cover is designed to insulate conductive elements of the overhead line together with the insulator. STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE Store the covers separate or in such a way as to avoid being compressed, bent or mechanically damaged. Store in dry areas, away from heat sources, in a non-aggressive chemical atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. It is recommended to store at an ambient temperature of 10 °C to 25 °C. The covers should be cleaned after each use. For cleaning, use warm water (up to 40 °C) with the addition of a delicate detergent. After cleaning, dry the covers thoroughly at a temperature not exceeding 60 °C. If the cover is very dirty, clean it with a cloth dampened in water with a mild detergent or cloth dampened with ASOREL and dry thoroughly. Clean with the preparation in an open space or in ventilated rooms. For the maintenance of the covers use talc.
