Description

Professional pulley block designed as an auxiliary tool for live-line work on overhead power lines up to 1 kV. Its main function is to multiply force when tensioning conductors, making work faster and easier. The pulley consists of two triple-sheave blocks made of durable glass-fiber reinforced polyamide, and two hooks with safety springs. These elements are connected with a strong polypropylene rope, ensuring reliability and safety even in demanding conditions. An ideal choice for electricians and specialists working on overhead lines, combining durability, functionality, and safety. APPLICATION The rope block is designed to multiply the force when tensioning overhead line wires. It serves as auxiliary equipment in live work technologies on overhead lines up to 1 kV. STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE The rope block should be stored in a way that protects it against mechanical damage. Store the rope block in dry rooms, away from heat sources, in a chemically non-aggressive atmosphere. Protect against sunlight. The rope block should be cleaned after each use. A wet tackle rope should be dried in a ventilated place. To clean the rope, use warm water (up to 40 °C) with a mild detergent. After cleaning, dry the rope thoroughly at a temperature not exceeding 50 °C. Use a dry cloth to clean blocks and hooks. If the blocks and hooks are heavily dirty, clean them with a cloth moistened with ASOREL and dry them thoroughly.
