STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE The rope block should be stored in a way that protects it against mechanical damage. Store the rope block in dry rooms, away from heat sources, in a chemically non-aggressive atmosphere. Protect against sunlight. The rope block should be cleaned after each use. A wet tackle rope should be dried in a ventilated place. To clean the rope, use warm water (up to 40 °C) with a mild detergent. After cleaning, dry the rope thoroughly at a temperature not exceeding 50 °C. Use a dry cloth to clean blocks and hooks. If the blocks and hooks are heavily dirty, clean them with a cloth moistened with ASOREL and dry them thoroughly.
