The clamp is designed for live work up to 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC. The clamps are used on overhead lines and on cable lines and switchgear connecting boxes. The wide spacing of the jaws allows the attachment of various types of covers to device elements with a width of up to 40 mm. STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE Store and transport the clamp in a bag or toolbox separately from other tools to avoid mechanical damage. Store the buckle in a dry place, away from heat sources, in a non-chemically aggressive atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. The clamp should be cleaned after each use. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. If the clamp is very dirty, clean it with a cloth dampened with water and mild detergent or with a cloth dampened with ASOREL and dry thoroughly.
