Drives are used for live work up to 1 000 V AC and 1 500 V DC on overhead lines and on cable lines and switchgear connecting boxes. The drive works with sockets, allen sockets, extension bars and other tools that have ½" square sockets. Designed to increase torque when loosening and tightening bolted connections. STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE Store the bar drive in a bag or toolbox separate from other tools to avoid mechanical damage. Store the bar drive in dry areas away from heat sources, in a non-aggressive chemical atmosphere. Protect from sunlight. The drive should be cleaned after each use. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. If the drive is very dirty, clean it with a cloth dampened in water with a mild detergent or cloth dampened with ASOREL and dry thoroughly.
