Description
The HUNGER rotary seal type RSI consists of a highest
wear-resistant PTFE-compound slide ring and three
(double-acting) or two (single-acting) O-Rings made of
Fluoro Rubber Monomer, which provide the pretension
of the sealing lips.
Additional axial fixing of the seal ensures that dynamic
movement takes place at the internal diameter.
Depending on the specifications and operating conditions
it is recommended to have the running surface
hardened to approx. 56 HRC or hard chromium plated.
