Product overviewThis range of metal-spring vibration mounts provides low-frequency vibration isolation and shock attenuation for industrial equipment. Depending on the model, each mount includes one or two steel mounting plates, one or several high-strength steel springs, two light-alloy rings and a stainless-steel wire cushion inside each spring. All steel parts are painted for environmental protection. The design targets durable isolation performance in demanding conditions.
Specifications- Very low-frequency isolation down to 3 Hz; suitable for machines running from 450 rpm, vibrators and shock machines.
- Isolation performance: up to 95% attenuation at design conditions.
- Entirely metallic construction for outdoor use and severe environments.
- Low sensitivity to creep for a service life comparable to the isolated machine.
- Metal cushion in each spring increases damping coefficient and limits travel at resonance.
