Overview
The Conveyxonic® is a power transmission elastic belt with longitudinal ribs, developed for roller and pallet conveyors. It transports parcels from 1 kg up to 2 tonnes and delivers technical performance and cost savings for conveyor systems.

Applications and profiles
Two belt profiles cover a wide power and speed range: 55–550 W and 0.10–3 m/s.

• PJ (Light loads): for light-load roller conveyors; provides up to 4× transmission ratio vs round polyurethane belts
• PJ (Medium & Heavy loads): suitable to replace chain drives for medium and heavy loads
• PK (pallet conveyor): for very heavy loads up to 2 tonnes (example: 89 mm roller diameter and 80 mm ribbed pulley diameter)

Operational advantages
The Conveyxonic® belt reduces motor power consumption. A single motor can drive up to 50 rollers in light-load configurations (around 30% energy savings per module). For medium/heavy modules, one motor can drive up to 20 rollers depending on configuration.

Hutchinson provides tools and services to define the correct Conveyxonic® belt for roller and pallet conveyors, including the Conveyxonic Wizard application and product leaflets. Hutchinson supports design parameters such as transfers, sorters, very light-load conveyors and special geometries.
