The Flexonic belt is a power transmission elastic belt featuring multiple longitudinal ribs. Each Flexonic belt is custom-sized for the application: our technical teams calculate the required belt size. The Flexonic belt can be installed with fixed centre distances. Its elastic polyamide cord provides automatic and constant tension, improving reliability of power transmission and reducing overall system cost.

The Flexonic belt tension stabilises after a few minutes in dynamic operation. Tension remains constant over the belt lifetime, preventing slippage and eliminating the need for re-tensioning and, in many cases, a tensioning device.
