Description

A screw-in cartridge style, direct-acting, spool-type, hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve with internal pilot and internal spring chamber chain for a pressure-regulating device for secondary circuits. It is intender for use in stable input flow circuits. Operation In its steady state, the HPR08-D2 allows flow to pass bi-directionally from ② to ① , with the spring chamber constantly drained at ③ to prevent the pressure at ③ impact the spool. On attainment of a pre-determined pressure at ① , the cartridge shifts to block flow at ②, thereby regulating pressure at ① to keep the pressure at ① steady. In this mode, when the pressure at ① exceeds the setting pressure, the spool will shifts to relieve ① to ③ , until the pressure at ① regains the setting pressure. The pressure at ③ is additive to the pressure setting at a ratio of 1:1. Features Adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve. Positive stops prevent springs from going solid. Hardened poppet and cage for long life. Range of bias springs avaliable: 2-150 bar (30-2200 psi). Industry common cavity. Standard spring ranges: Factory default preset value: 50% of rated pressure Filtration: Max. nominal value: 10 μm (NAS 8), ISO4406 19/17/14 Fluid: Mineral based or synthetics with lubricating properties at viscosities of 7.4~420 cSt (50-2000 ssu) Installation: No restriction Cavity: VC08-3 Cavity tool: T/H08-3RC-T-G (Rough), T/H08-3FM-T-G (Finishing) Seat kit: SK08-3X -BM
