MAXI T is a vertical automated tower storage system designed for intensive storage and safe handling of panels, sheets and bulky materials. Configurable as a single or opposing double tower, its vertical layout maximizes use of height while minimizing floor footprint. Ideal for secure, orderly and efficient storage of flat and bulky goods.

How it works

• 1. OPERATOR LOGIN: access via badge reading (optional RFID or magnetic) or username/password entry on the touchscreen console located near the pick/place bay.
• 2. SEARCH AND SELECT ITEMS or process a precompiled pick list.
• 3. TRAY/DRAWER ARRIVAL AT BAY: the drawer is positioned at the bay and held stable by a dedicated rack to facilitate subsequent operations.
• 4. PICK OR DEPOSIT OPERATION by the operator, integrable with lifting and gripping systems (forklifts, overhead cranes, vacuum lifters, etc.).
• 5. OPERATION CONFIRMATION: verification and optional recording of the performed operation.
• 6. OPERATOR LOGOUT at the end of activity.

Management software
ICON is the web-based software that controls MAXI T: internally developed, multi-language and multi-machine, with broad integration capabilities to major WMS and ERP systems. It provides intelligent stock management, automatic inventory, user authorization assignment and optimized routing for fast response times.
