OverviewThe IRD servo drive is a compact direct-mount servo amplifier engineered for cobots, AGVs and space-constrained automation systems. It delivers precise motion control with support for EtherCAT and CANopen fieldbuses and multiple encoder configurations suited to high-performance robotic applications.
Key features- Flexible communication: EtherCAT and CANopen connectivity for integration with controllers and networks.
- Direct-mount design: circular form factor for mounting directly to a joint or motor, reducing cabling and mechanical complexity.
- Encoder support: two configurations — dual BiSS-C or TTL + HES — for high positioning accuracy and responsiveness.
- High-performance motion control: precise speed and position control for demanding loads.
- Safety: built-in STO and SBC certified to SIL3 / PLe.
- Ultra-compact and lightweight: optimized for compact robotics and mobile platforms.
- Fast startup and responsive control loops suitable for dynamic applications.
