BEC900280G is our 150kW bidirectional DCDC converter used to connect the battery to the DC bus. It specifically aims for bidirectional DCDC applications in battery energy storage systems with multiple battery groups in parallel to achieve safety isolation and flexible capacity expansion. It also can be used in retired battery utilization and DC micro grid applications. By employing the high frequency SiC MOSFET switch technology, it can achieve excellent performance, high power density, high efficiency and high reliability. Main Features: 1. Peak efficiency is 99.6% 2. Rapid current direction change within 10ms, automatic constant bus voltage support 3. Conformal coating and glue flling provide high protection for high reliability 4. Voltage range at battery side: 300-870V, at DC bus side: 650V-900V 5. Max 16 paralleled on DC bus side, can not work in parallel in battery side
