LCG1K0135G is specially designed for DC input EV Fast DC chargers with liquid cooled requirement. It has the features of high efficiency, zero noise, high power density and high reliability. By 300~900VDC input, it can deliver 40kW DC output power and covers 150 to 1000VDC output voltage range. It has obtained EMC/EMI Class B, TUV CE and cTUVus certification. Main Features: 1. Wide input DC voltage range: 300V~900Vdc, suitable for applications under most DC bus conditions 2. G65 universal coolant, normal operation at liquid temperature of -40°C, no power derating at 60°C 3. Peak efficiency > 97.5%, full load efficiency > 96.5% 4. Anti-condensation water design, full hot plug support for liquid and electrical interfaces, quick-plug connectors for liquid circuits 5. Conformal coating and glue flling provide high protection for high reliability 6. Supports PV input and MPPT function, enabling max 2 modules in parallel and 80kW PV input 7. EN61851-23:2023 compliance and reinforced insulation design 8. Supports transportation with the charger system
