BiDi DCDC

BEC1K0135G is the latest 40kW bidirectional DCDC power module especially designed to meet the applications for energy storage equipment, DC microgrids and retired battery cascade utilization. This module can be used to connect batteries and DC buses. It has a built-in high-frequency isolation transformer and uses third-generation semiconductor SiC devices to achieve excellent performances such as high efficiency, high power density, high scalability, extremely low electromagnetic radiation and interference, and high reliability. It is an internationally leading power module. Main Features 1. Cross compatibility in size and interface with the DCDC, BiDi ACDC, BiDi DCDC, VPF power module and MCS power module 2. Fully isolated bidirectional, B2B support, supports max 32 modules in parallel 3. Constant power output@600-900V on the bus side, @300-1000V on the batery side 4. ESTOP function, 1 ms shutdown 5. Pulse charging/discharing function 6. Full SiC 7. Super standby on the battery side (power consumption < 1W, the max measured is about 0.6W) 8.
