Product overviewArduino-based test board with digital (USB) and analog interfaces supplied as a box set including the HYT271 and HYT939 humidity modules with a general-use calibration. The kit is intended to simplify evaluation of HYT sensor modules under application-relevant conditions and to provide both digital and converted analog outputs for integration tests.
Contents- 1x Evaluation board
- 1x HYT 271 module
- 1x HYT 939 module
- 1x USB cable
Benefits & Characteristics of the HYT Evaluation BoxThe evaluation box enables connection of a HYT module to a PC via USB and, if required, converts the module's digital I²C output to analog signals. It supports functional tests, parameter verification and quick interoperability checks in development or qualification workflows.
Benefits & Characteristics of the HYT 939The digital iST HYT 939 humidity module features a chemically resistant and condensation-protected sensing area and a robust mechanical design for high-temperature and high-load conditions. It is available in a pressure-tight package for high-pressure applications. The HYT 939 combines a capacitive polymer humidity sensor with an ASIC and delivers calibrated measurements with accuracy of ±1.8 % RH and ±0.2 °C. Measured humidity and temperature are provided as digital values via an I²C-compatible interface. The module is fully interchangeable without adjustment; linearity error and temperature drift are corrected on-chip.
Further advantages of the HYT 939 digital humidity module- Calibrated and temperature compensated
- Excellent humidity/temperature accuracy and stability
- High chemical resistance
- I²C protocol (address 0x28 or alternative address)
- Wide humidity and temperature range (0 % RH to 100 % RH and -40 °C to +125 °C)
- Very low drift
- Very stable at high humidity
- Interchangeable without adjustments
- Pressure-resistant version (up to 16 bar) upon request
Benefits & Characteristics of the HYT 271The digital iST HYT 271 humidity module provides a wide application window and a favorable cost-performance ratio while maintaining mechanical robustness and a condensation-resistant sensing area. It combines a capacitive polymer humidity sensor with an ASIC, is precisely calibrated (±1.8 % RH and ±0.2 °C) and delivers relative humidity and temperature via an I²C-compatible digital interface. Linearity error and temperature drift are corrected on-chip, and the module is interchangeable without adjustment.
Option: High-end humidity calibration HYT modulesHigh-end calibration and measurement setups enable HYT modules to reach accuracies up to ±1.4 % RH. Tailored calibrations can achieve better than ±1.4 % RH within a limited 0–50 % RH range. For dew point or very low humidity applications (0–5 % RH), higher precision (< ±0.5 % RH) is achievable with specific calibrations and setups.
