OverviewFS600 semi-automatic bundling machine with 550 mm cross sealing bar, motorized upper and lower unwinders and monoblock sleeve-wrapper version fitted with a heat-shrink tunnel. Processes products up to 380 mm high. Maximum production speed: up to 10 ppm (depending on product size, package format and film type). Recommended film: LDPE 20–100 µm.
OperationThe operator places products (max height 380 mm) on the work surface; a pneumatic pusher (two-button control) moves them to the sealing bar. After film application a pneumatic press holds the product, then longitudinal cutting and sealing occur. The sealed package is conveyed by a motorized belt through the shrink tunnel to complete packaging.
