In industrial process heat generation, hot oil boilers are widely used. These boilers are an efficient and economical solution and are used to heat vehicles, autoclaves, cylinders, reactors, machines or other processes. Isımsan produces vertical hot oil boilers which are worked through fuel-oil, diesel or natural gas and have a power reaching up to 2.000.000 kcal/h. One of the technical features of Isımsan is the turbo-like air supply of the combustion chamber. Isımsan developed a method in which the incoming air was preheated by the heat that the hot oil boiler had before it reached the combustion chamber. With the help of this process technology, the efficiency of hot oil is increased by about 10%. Isımsan develops and designs hot oil boilers according to customer-reqierements.
