Overview
Industrial blade granulator model C-2545 designed for size reduction of plastics and other materials. Cumberland inside. Soundproofed loading box 300×450 mm with 250 mm diameter rotor; robust construction for continuous production.

Features
Blade granulator C-2545 with easy access cutting chamber, reversible blades and modular components for rapid maintenance.

Hopper
Front-loading hopper fully soundproofed. Two polyurethane flaps reduce noise leakage and prevent material flyback from the cutting chamber. Servo-assisted manual tilt with gas shock absorber for controlled opening.

Cutting chamber
Cutting chamber assembled with bolted and pinned parts to allow quick replacement of worn components. Bearing supports located outside the chamber to avoid contamination. Two fixed reversible blades with wear-compensation seats. Internal surfaces are precisely machined for easier cleaning. Frontal adjustment system for fixed blades: EasyAccess Cumberland.

Rotor
Open, self-cooling rotor with balanced central axis and reinforced blade supports. Double cutting-angle system delivering a scissor effect for improved cutting efficiency, reduced noise and lower energy consumption. Rotor fitted with two side discs to prevent entanglement of filamentary materials. Internal fins provide additional cooling to side walls and bearings.

Blade housing
Rotor and housing for the three rotating blades manufactured from high-chrome, high-carbon steel and treated with Cumberland process for high abrasion resistance. Rotating blades are bolted with high-strength screws and made of K110 (58 HRC).

Grid
Rear-hinged grid support for easy cleaning and maintenance. Reversible grids available in multiple mesh sizes to adjust output size.

Base frame
Heavy-duty steel base frame with anti-vibration supports for the cutting chamber. Access door and motor casing made of insulating and sound-absorbing materials to reduce noise transmission.

Unloading
Collector drawer designed for connection to an extraction/suction system; fitted with side guides for straightforward installation and cleaning.

Motor
7.5 kW TEFC IP55 A.C. motor mounted on an adjustable slide for belt tensioning and alignment.

Drive parts
Rotor driven by a high-inertia pulley flywheel. Power transmission via V-belts. Machine prepared for installation of a second flywheel. Nominal rotor speed: 450 rpm.

Safety
Motion sensor ensures rotor is stationary before the service door can be opened. Front emergency stop button and safety microswitch. Dedicated relay in control panel monitors safety circuits. Pivot key locks rotor in position for safe blade change.

Electrical panel
IP55-rated control panel with low-voltage controls and star-delta motor starter. Designed for 380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz supply.

Accident prevention
Machine supplied with safety decals and a user & maintenance manual. Built in compliance with CE requirements.

Estimated production
Approximately 150–250 kg/h depending on input material and grid aperture.
