ITECA realizes large automatic plants for the production of rotary biscuits, laminated biscuits (with automatic recovery of the produced dough scraps), extruded biscuits, deposited biscuits and wire cut biscuits. Dimension, shape and biscuits weight are defined with the clients in order to design a plant based on their specific needs. Products, after formation, enter ITECA baking tunnel ovens and are packaged after cooling. Depending on the desired product, ITECA also provides the equipment for icing or sugar decoration.
