Description

Depaneling Robot with Underside Dust Collector -Comprehensive package with precision electric router, programming software and underside dust collection system. -Features a programmable router bit alarm, which lets you know when the bit is worn out and needing replacement. The alarm operates when a parameter you set is reached, such as cumulative work time, total distance cut, or number of program cycles. -Underside dust collector moves together with the router, removing dust from below the workpiece, reducing the maintenance burden on the spindle motor driving the router. -Effectively cuts glass epoxy, paper phenol laminate, and other materials up to 1.6mm thick. -Specialized board cutting JR C-Points II PC software lets you make, edit, store and run programs from your PC. Use the helpful icons to choose the movements you want, and add an (optional) USB camera for image-based position teaching. -Tool position offset function compensates for the router bit width during cutting to further ensure workpieces are cut to the proper dimensions.
