Information
FleXicut locates pinbones with an accuracy of 0.2 mm and evaluates the weight of each fillet to determine the optimal cut configuration and cutting angle. This automated approach reduces residual pinbone material compared with manual deboning and increases product value.

FleXisort intelligent distribution
FleXisort automatically allocates outputs to multiple product streams, saving handling time and improving line efficiency. Cutting patterns are adjusted automatically to produce the highest-value cuts for each fillet.
