Product Overview
The Size 23 (57 mm) hollow-shaft stepper motor family delivers up to 1.6 N·m holding torque. The product line includes dimensional drawings, torque vs speed curves and optional encoder assemblies for higher feedback resolution.

Dimensional drawings and product images are provided for Size 23 (57 mm) to assist mechanical integration. Diagrams show hollow shaft details, mounting hole pattern and the two overall motor length options (45 mm and 65 mm).

Torque Performance Curves
Torque curves are available for the 57 mm size showing torque vs speed. Test condition: 48 VDC with DS-OLS8-FRS4 bipolar chopper drive at rated current (RMS). Motor torque varies with supply voltage and drive; a 50% torque safety margin is recommended during design.

Options

• Encoder EK2 — Resolution (CPR): 50, 100, 192, 200, 250, 256, 360, 400, 500, 720, 900, 1000, 1250, 2000, 2500, 4000, 5000. Single-ended output codes: 0–12. Differential outputs indicated by alphabetic codes across resolutions.
• Encoder EK3 — Resolution (CPR): 64, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1800, 2000, 2500, 3600, 4000, 5000, 7200, 8000, 10000. Single-ended output codes: 0–8. Differential outputs indicated by alphabetic codes across resolutions.

Notes
Multiple motor lengths, windings and encoder resolutions are available. Hollow-shaft variants are compatible with the encoder options and with customized shaft or winding configurations. For custom windings, shaft modifications or encoder assembly, contact DINGS'.
