Short description
1. CNC System
The TP10S is a 10-inch touchscreen CNC control optimized for press brakes. Driven via CAN bus, it provides accurate positioning and simplified wiring. By entering plate thickness and bend angle, the system calculates bend depth and unfolded dimensions automatically. Integrated deflection and angle compensation maintains dimensional consistency. Supports multi-axis expansion, multi-step circular bending, extensive program storage and production statistics for process control.
2. Torsion-shaft synchronous structure
The torsion shaft is produced by forging and hammering, delivering high strength, good elastic behavior and an adjustable design for synchronous ram movement.
3. Electrical system
Safety interlock cuts power when the door is opened. System includes high-performance servo motor drives and Schneider Electric components for control reliability.
4. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic power is driven by a leading domestic motor brand, combined with high-quality cylinders and premium hydraulic components for sustained performance and service life.
