The Battery Diaphragms Gas Permeability Tester is based on the differential pressure method (Oken Type), and is professionally applicable to the determination of air permeability of battery diaphragms, breathable films, and other relative polymer products.
- Product Features:
- 7-inch color touchscreen with graphical user interface (GUI)
- Fully automatic measurement of gas volume through the sample
- High-precision pressure control technology, pressure accuracy is better than 0.01kPa
- Three distinct specimens can be tested under the same testing condition, delivering higher throughput while reducing the number of instruments required.
- Clamp the specimen pneumatically
- Automatically detects the temperature and humidity of the test environment, and can automatically record the test conditions.
- The instrument is controlled by an electronic intelligent control system (EICS) with an automatic test process.
- Complied with GMP users' multiple-level authority.
- Supports s/100 mL, um/(Pa·s) multi-unit display, suitable for different standard testing requirements.
- Customizations are available for special testing functions or test pressure.
- Test Principle:
Under certain temperature and humidity, a constant gas differential pressure is generated between the two sides of the specimen. The gas transmission rate and other parameters can be obtained by analyzing and calculating pressure changes in the lower pressure side.
- Test Standards:
This test instrument conforms to many national and international standards: ISO 5636, SJT 1071.9, GB/T 36363-2018
- Applications:
Basic Applications: Test the gas permeability of battery diaphragms, breathable films, and other relative polymer products.
Extended Applications: Test the gas permeability of various papers such as cigarette paper (customized)
