JOEST® tipping equipment of the MDD series are designed as 2-stand equipment. The drive takes place via a bevel gear, plugged directly onto the axis of rotation. The compact and sturdy construction is specially designed for low tipping heights without lifting. The robust design can achieve tipping heights of 900 mm to 1400 mm with load-bearing capacity of up to 500 kg.
The high degree of flexibility in the container feed enables energy-saving and ergonomically designed handling. Regardless of whether the product is to be loaded using an electrical lifting truck, forklift or manually, the container holder is designed and manufactured according to your desired feeding method. The advantages of the MDD series include not only the reduction in energy expenditure, but also the time savings which an automatic tipping process provides. Various optional equipment help to optimize the tipping process and to provide the bulk material as best as possible for the subsequent process. For example, a sealing cap can be used in the load-handling equipment for a noise-reducing part-discharge.
Furthermore, there is the possibility of tipping several types of containers with different dimensions with only one tipping equipment. For this purpose, JOEST® offers a comprehensive and flexible design of the container safety system. From a purely mechanical holder to a fully automatic container locking system, the construction is specially adapted to your containers. Various linings of the load-handling equipment are available. These provide additional wear protection, serve the noise insulation or contribute to an optimized material discharge.
