OverviewRoller inductors for heating rolls provide precise temperature control and uniform heat distribution for rotating heated rolls across a wide range of industrial applications. Kendrion’s modular inductors are assembled as segmented units on a shaft (heating mandrel) and inserted as a stationary assembly into the rotating roll. Typical applications include the plastics, rubber, textile, paper, film processing, metalworking, and food industries, as well as embossing, laminating, smoothing, and calender rolls.
