Application and Process Benefit
Kendrion roller inductors provide uniform, contactless heating of rollers and cylinders for plastics processing and the textile industry. Uniform energy input reduces required roller wall thickness and lowers energy consumption.

Design and Technology
Kendrion uses customer-specific numerical field calculation to define temperature distribution and ensure stable operation. Designs are adapted to roller diameter and heated-section length to meet process requirements.

Operating Data
Kendrion roller inductors reach process temperatures up to 300 °C in continuous operation. They operate without water cooling and enable simpler system layouts while supporting a 100% duty cycle.
