The CS-L series is a linear pneumatic cylinder sensor that provides visible, live piston position indication via a full-length bar LED. It enables top-down installation without cylinder disassembly and fast configuration using a 2-point push-button teach. The sensor supplies piston position and impact-level data to support diagnostics and cycle-time optimization.

Details
The CS-L uses a visible bar LED to display piston position with fine resolution. Installation is performed from above into the cylinder groove, avoiding cylinder disassembly. Settings are created with a 2-point teach button and can be locked to prevent accidental changes. The sensor reports impact-level and stroke/time information to aid in early fault detection and process improvement. Wiring supports loose wires or M8 connectors; note that certain functionality requires the PNP M8 connector type. A separate high-functionality amplifier accessory enables adjustable set-point windows, the creation of a third output, remote configuration for hard-to-reach installations, and can be disconnected after setup if required.
