The product series XO-32000E offers an extended industrial temperature range with very small dimensions. For these crystal clock oscillators (XO) 3 different temperature ranges are available, which are not covered through usual standard products; following temperature ranges and stability-groups are available: -55 bis +125 °C ±50ppm -40 bis +125+°C ±50ppm -40 bis +105 °C ±40ppm This includes stability vs. temperature range, adjustment tolerance @ 25°C, stability vs. 5% supply voltage change and 5% load change and aging for the first year. The hermetically sealed ceramic-package with dimension 3.2 x 2.5 mm is RoHS compliant. The available supply voltages are 1.8 V, 2.5 V or 3.3 V. With (LV)HCMOS and 45 to 55% duty cycle output is today’s industry standard. Output signal can be switched to high impedance (tristate) with disable-pin, which is useful for test procedures. Because of the low jitter of < 1ps rms (12 kHz to 20 MHz) these clock oscillators are recommended for sophisticated applications.
