Product OverviewTOC-10 portable offline TOC analyzer is designed for online and offline testing of pharmaceutical-grade water (including WFI), ultrapure water, deionized water and similar matrices. Based on conductivity-difference technology with UV oxidation, it delivers high precision, fast response and meets regulatory TOC testing requirements.

Working PrincipleThe instrument oxidizes organic contaminants in the sample by UV oxidation to CO2. The dissolved CO2 changes the solution conductivity; TOC is obtained from the conductivity difference between the sample (test) channel and the blank/control channel. Calculation: TOC = TC (test channel) − TIC (control channel).
