Overview
Weiyi cutting coolant and lubricant is formulated for abrasive-wheel cutting of metallographic specimens. The water-based concentrate contains no mineral oil or sodium nitrite. The clear solution provides cooling, lubrication, cleaning and disinfection, corrosion protection, is skin-friendly and recyclable. It protects specimens during cutting, improves surface finish and extends the service life of cutting wheels.

Packaging and usage

• Water-based concentrate — Suitable for all models of metallographic cutting machines, especially machines with built-in coolant circulation; dilute 1:20 (concentrate:water); replace regularly (recommended monthly); available in 1000 ml, 2 L, 4 L, 6 L and 10 L.
• Oil-based emulsion — For direct use in low-speed cutting of water-sensitive materials; replace regularly (recommended monthly); available in 1000 ml, 4 L and 10 L.
