The 6-jaw chuck with quick jaw exchange system is equally suitable for machining blank parts with gripping jaws and for the clamping of deformation-sensitive components with soft top jaws. In both cases, the manually operated scroll chuck utilises a friction based clamping principle. The mounting of the top jaws is done completely without additional tools thanks to an innovative click mechanism.
