Description
The automatic metallographic specimen mounting machine is suitable for mounting small, difficult to handle, or irregular metallographic and lithological specimens, in order to facilitate cutting or grinding of the specimens, followed by metallographic, spectral testing, or hardness testing. During the sample preparation process, the machine is controlled by a microcontroller program, which automatically heats up, pressurizes, cools down, and finally automatically unloads and stops the machine. This achieves the effect of unattended sampling, reflecting the machine's more humane nature. The superior characteristics of automation, easy operation, and high efficiency.
