The CRC-23 relay is equipped with 2 independent relays that can be switched upon reaching the minimum or maximum current thresholds, for circuit control or load shedding functions. - Electrical: Power supply 230V 50/60Hz. 2 single-pole changeover relays 16A/250V, usable as 1 relay for each current threshold or 2 relays for a single threshold depending on the setting. - Current Measurement: Selection of alternating or direct current. 3 adjustment ranges available depending on wiring: 1…5A / 0.32…1.6A / 3.2…16A. Direct connection or via 5A current transformer. - Programming: 2 independent minimum and maximum level thresholds, adjustable from 20 to 100% of the max current. Trigger delay adjustable from 0.1 to 10 seconds for each threshold. Reset function by activatable Reset button. Hysteresis adjustable to 5 or 10%. - Physical: Clip-on DIN rail housing, width 3 modules (54mm). Front panel potentiometer adjustments. Indicator lights for voltage presence and relay status. - Protection of circuits: Allows cutting off the power supply in case of undercurrent or overcurrent indicating a failure in the measured circuit. - Trigger an alarm: Signals an overcurrent in a circuit to an operator for risk prevention or failure.
