The CRV1-37 relay switches when the voltage of one of the phases exceeds the minimum or maximum thresholds, in case of asymmetry or phase inversion: - Electrical: CRV1-37: for three-phase network without neutral Un = 400V. CRV1-37N: for tetra network (three-phase + neutral) Un = 230/400V. - Output contact: Single-pole changeover contact 8A/250V. Relay trip delay adjustable from 0.1 to 10s. Hysteresis 2%. - Physical: 1 module width housing (18mm), DIN rail mountable. 4 LEDs to indicate contact status, mini/maxi threshold reach, phase cut-off, and asymmetry. - Relay switching: The relay switches under the following conditions: – The voltage of one of the phases exceeds the set mini or maxi thresholds (for a duration exceeding the delay), – Phase sequencing inversion, – Absence of voltage on one of the phases, – Voltage difference between 2 phases exceeding the set % (asymmetry). - Settings: The numerous settings of the multifunction relay allow adaptation to all applications: - Mini voltage threshold adjustable from 75 to 95% Un - Maxi voltage threshold adjustable from 105 to 125% Un - Phase asymmetry threshold adjustable from 5 to 20% - Relay trip delay adjustable from 0.1 to 10s. - Applications: The multifunction modular protection relay is used in tertiary and industrial electrical panels.
